Engagement

This isn't a fixed-scope proposal.

It's a gated program you fund one phase at a time, against evidence, not against a plan drawn up before anyone measured anything.

How It Unfolds

Five moves, and you decide at every gate.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We talk about your business thesis: what you're trying to become competitively, and where you suspect the technology gap actually is.

  2. 02

    The Reading

We deliver a state-of-the-art and TRL assessment for the specific technologies in play, including our own confidence grading on every claim in it.

  3. 03

    Prioritization

If more than one technology clears the bar, we score and rank them with the Priority Index, so funding decisions are made against a shared yardstick, not a hunch.

  4. 04

    Execution, gate by gate

Each research line moves through the same four gates: theory, lab proof, functional prototype, field validation. You decide whether to continue at each gate, against criteria fixed before the work began.

  5. 05

    Transfer

What survives to Gate 4 leaves you with a technical dossier, trained personnel and verified unit economics for deployment, plus, where applicable, a patent filing and an internal procedure ready to hand to operations.

What You Get

Stage by stage, in assets rather than slideware.

After the Reading
A written state-of-the-art report, a TRL score (global and yours), and the falsifiable questions the program needs to answer.
After G1
A technical memo, and an academic partner engaged.
After G2
Controlled experimental data and a first patentability read.
After G3
A working prototype, detailed engineering, and a defensible deployment case.
After G4
An instrumented field installation, a technical dossier, trained crews, and a verified number for what deployment actually costs. The only number in the entire program that isn't an estimate.

Independence & IP

Two commitments, restated as terms of engagement.

  • Multi-brand test benches

So the evidence is credible. If every measurement comes off one manufacturer's equipment, the conclusion is decided before the test runs.

  • IP ownership written down first

Before any academic partner starts work, not after something is found worth owning.

Two Ways to Start

Bring us one technology, or bring us the whole thesis.

A

Bring us one technology

You already suspect where the gap is. We run the Reading and the gates against that single thesis.

B

Bring us the whole thesis

A full portfolio review across your business lines, prioritized with the Index before anything gets funded.
